Privacy notice

What we collect

When you register interest we store the core details of your registration:

• your first name and email address
• the trip you registered for and the page you registered from
• the time of registration
• whether you chose to hear about future trips

If you choose to give it, we also store your telephone number so we can follow up about your enquiry.

If you choose to answer the optional planning questions afterwards, we also store those answers: when you could travel, who you might travel with (including group size if given), what would make the trip special for you, and how close you are to deciding. These questions are entirely optional and your registration is saved whether or not you answer them.

How we use it

We use these details to tell you when the Ethiopia trip details are confirmed. A telephone number is used only to follow up about your enquiry; giving one does not sign you up to text or WhatsApp marketing. Optional planning answers help us shape the trip and tailor what we send you. We only send news about future trips if you ticked that box. Registering does not reserve a place and no payment is taken.

Who can see it

Your details are stored privately and are only accessible to the Motherland Tours team. We do not sell your details.

Website measurement

Optional enquiry tracking is currently disabled. No analytics provider or analytics cookies are installed. If this changes, this notice and any necessary consent choices will be updated before tracking is enabled.

You can ask us to update or delete your details at any time. Contact details for these requests will be added here before launch.
